The Commercial Federation of Iceland (LÍV) declares its full support for the strike action of PAM in Finland that began today, February 9, 2023 and includes 16,000 PAM members working in the commercial sector in Finland. To withhold your labor in order to negotiate for better compensation is a fundamental right of working people and we fully support our sister organization in their fight for better pay during a period of increasing cost of living in Finland.
