During its meeting today, the board of LÍV, declared its full support for HK Norge during the ongoing strike action in Norway.
“The Commercial Federation of Iceland (LÍV) declares its full support for the strike action of HK Norge in Norway that began Monday, April 17, 2023 and includes HK Norge members working in the commercial sector in Norway. To withhold your labour in order to negotiate for better compensation is a fundamental right of working people and we fully support our sister organizations in their fight for better pay during a period of increasing cost of living in Norway.
